House rules implemented and redrafted or updated at AGM’s where necessary
Comprehensive and detailed budget proposals at each AGM so Owners can decide on an appropriate service charge
Enforcement proceedings against non co-operative unit owners
Active engagement with Directors of OMC’s to keep them fully briefed on ongoing issues
Regular updates to unit owners regarding their building throughout the year
Dealing with repairs and maintenance (from the little to the large!)
Dealing with MUD act queries (we don’t charge!)
Compiling AGM reports and minutes of any meetings
